Activated cashew nut cream is made from BIO cashew nuts. It is a delicacy that contains a lot of energy and is an excellent source of unsaturated fatty acids, magnesium, iron, zinc, copper, manganese and phosphorus.
It is a perfect alternative to classic butter, cream cheese and spreads. It can be used in the preparation of vegan "milk", in desserts, cocktails, ice cream, sauces, marinades, stuffing in pancakes, add to salads or slurries.
