Healthy Breakfast: Detox Breakfast Superfood Porridge

Ingredients for a detox porridge for 2 people:

  • ½ avocado
  • 2 bananas
  • 2 tablespoon chia seeds
  • Juice from 1 orange
  • ¼ teaspoon of baobab
  • ½ teaspoon of spirulina
  • To decorate: blueberries, hemp seeds, goji berries, cocoa beans

Instructions for creation of your healthy breakfast:

Put all ingredients in a potent blender and mix until you get a thicker smoothie. Serve in a bowl, decorated with superfood and fruit of your choice.
