Beauty Wholesale cooperation with Vitalvibe – practical information
This web page is mainly for our wholesale partners. You will find useful information on wholesale orders, transportation, bonus system and handling potential claims. You can also find all the necessary contacts here.
2. Order shipping and delivery
- Order delivery process is in the hands of the carrier, who sends out information text message and email with details on delivery, and usually contacts you by phone the day of expected delivery
- The standard forwarder is GLS, who makes a reliable next day delivery (in the Czech Republic) and is free of charge for orders over 2000 CZK.
- Orders outside the Czech Republic are not a problem, you can find out more about the delivery terms here:
- For larger orders, palette transport can be arranged (both in the Czech Republic and abroad)
3. Claims
- If the package doesn’t arrive intact, the goods is incomplete or damaged, do not worry - we are ready to deal with these situations quickly

- We will immediately investigate and resolve the situation that occured, we can satisfy recognized claims within 24 hours

6. Loyalty system and bonuses
- For a fair evaluation of our partners and their efforts we have prepared a quarter back bonus system
- Thus you get the chance to increase your average profit from selling our products, in proportion to your orders - the more you buy, the more you get back
- Graphic icon next to your account while logged in tells you, what level of return bonus has been reached. At the same time, this can be seen at every product.
- By looking at progressbar you can easily tell what bonus you reach for each and individual product and at the same time
- you can monitor your progress towards a higher level of bonusesů
- We believe this system will function as incentive and as “thank you” for your cooperation
- Furthermore, you can look forward to regular special price offers and promotions

How does it work in practice?
For his shop, Jack orders goods with standard markup of 25%. Thanks to effective marketing support and product tastings, sales are growing and Jack reaches totaling 20,000 CZK in the current quarter. Thus reaching 4% return bonus.
At the end of the quarter, Jack will find 800 CZK in his wholesale account, he can have it paid back towards the next invoice or he can use it for next purchase of the products. As of now though, his average markup has risen from 25% to 30% in the last quarter.
At the same time, Jack knows that he can move much further ahead in the next quarter. Due to his custom tailoerd terms, he may reach up to 14% of a return bonus and 50% of total markup!
