Hypotonic Concentrate IoniLyte, Liquid

IoniLyte is a concentrate for the preparation of mineral hydration solutions (ionic - hypotonic drinks). It contains more than 70 minerals and trace elements found in the waters of Utah's Great Salt Lake (USA).

The high content of natural magnesium helps to reduce the rate of fatigue, exhaustion and normal muscle function.

Its unique and balanced composition meets all criteria for mineral supplementation in athletes and hard workers depending on their level of exertion, temperature and humidity environment. IoniLyte contains an optimal sodium to potassium ratio of 3.5:1.

IoniLyte is suitable for both performance and recreational athletes, the concentrate can be used to mix up to 40 litres of high quality ionic drink.

It is also suitable for vegans.

Dosage according to activity:

HypHypoDrink SPORT

- Performance sports, races and competitions 90 min. and more

• For rehydration during intense endurance sports and hard physical work, especially in hot and humid environments. Take an average of 400-800 ml/hour during physical exercise.
• Also suitable for hydration before strenuous exercise in a single dose of 5-7 ml/kg of body weight (i.e. approx. 300-500 ml, 15-20 min. before a race, competition or intense training).
• Maximize hydration at high sweating rates (prolonged exertion of 90-120 min or more) and high ambient temperature (over 27 ̊C).
• During multiphase training loads in summer.

HypoDrink ACTIV

- for sports activities up to 120 min.

• During and after endurance exercise (approx. 60-120 min.). Supplement approx. 0.4-0.6 l/h.
• Also suitable during physically demanding employment in extreme temperature conditions (e.g. shift work) as a (protective) rehydration drink.
• Ideal for recreational runners, cyclists, triathletes, during intensive training, but also as a means of fluid replenishment during strenuous sports (especially in summer) with a duration of more than 1 h.

HypoDrink RELAX

- Recreational activities up to 60 min.

• Recreational activity or any exertion of a non-endurance nature (up to 60 min.), take at any time of the day to supplement drinking.
