Asian veggie noodles with spicy dressing

Colorful veggie combination together with spicy dressing will enjoy every fan of Asian cousine.

Asian veggie noodles with spicy dressing



  • ¼ red cabbage
  • handful sprouted mungo beans
  • 2 zucchini
  • 8 carrots
  • 4 red bell peppers
  • sesame seeds
  • 4 marinated mushrooms (tamari, oil and a few drops of water)
  • fresh chilli (to taste)
  • fresh coriander


  • 2 garlic cloves 
  • 2 cm ginger
  • lime juice
  • 200 g cashew
  • 2 tablespoons light coconut nectar
  • ume vinegar
  • olive oil
  • salt
  • pepper


Peel zucchini and carrots. Use spiralizer to make a thin noodles from peeled zucchini and carrots. Cut the rest of the ingredients and combine with noodles. To make a dressing, add all the ingredients in Vitamix and mix until smooth. Sprinkle your creation with sesame seeds and fresh coriander.
