Collagen
Collagen is the basic building protein of all connective tissues. It is collagen that makes skin beautifully taut, hair beautifully supple and nails strong.
The amount of collagen also affects the condition of bones, joints, cartilage, ligaments and tendons. It contributes to the elasticity and strength of blood vessel walls.
