Instant kombucha from Ovonex contains 500 million units of the probiotic bacteria Bacillus coagulans.

It is made from Taiwanese black tea, grown at an altitude of 1800 m in the Ali Shan Mountains in the Zhang Shu Hu region. It is flavoured with dried blackcurrant juice, raspberries, cranberries and blueberries.

The tea is fermented by a symbiotic culture of bacteria and yeast called SCOBY. As a result, the resulting fermented beverage is rich in beneficial bacteria, organic acids, tea polyphenols, flavonoids and other health-promoting ingredients.

The drink is gently dried thanks to the "spray drying" technology at low temperatures, while all nutrients are preserved.
