Cake & Dessert 5 - 15 minutes
- 50 g cashews
- 150 g shredded coconut
- a few drops of essential lemon oil (be careful!)
- 2-3 tablespoons coconut syrup
- optional for decoration : coconut, organic lemon peel…
Use your blender to combine all ingredients. Shape the mixture into „bonbons“. Decorate with shredded coconut or lemon peel.
