Spinach Cream Soup with Wild Garlic
If you succeed in finding wild garlic in May, you had better try this delicious spinach cream. Leaves of wild garlic will spice it up and your body will benefit from its healing effect.
Soup 0 - 5 minutes
- 500 g of fresh spinach
- a bunch of wild garlic
- a handful of cashew nuts
- olive oil
- salt, pepper
Mix leaves of fresh spinach and wild garlic with water. If you add cashew nuts into your blender, the soup will gain creamy consistence. Flavour it with salt and pepper and make it smoother with olive oil.
