White Chocolate with Rose Petals
Even white chocolate can be healthy. What’s more, it looks wonderful with petals of cornflower, rose and daisy. Try to prepare it in a raw version like us!
Ingredients for 200 g of chocolate:
- 100 g of cashew nuts
- 100 g of cocoa butter
- 2 tablespoons of coconut nectar
- 1 vanilla pod
- 1 teaspoon of edible dried flowers
- 1 teaspoon of cranberries
Smoothly mix melted cocoa butter, coconut nectar, vanilla and cashews. Pour the chocolate mixture on a small metal plate or a plate covered with baking paper. Sprinkle with dried flowers and cranberries.
Let it freeze for 15 minutes into a freezer until the mixture hardens. Break into pieces. Store the chocolate in a container in a fridge or freezer.
