Almond Butter Chocolate According To Judita Wignall

This chocolate from the Raw Detox book by the author Judita Wignall will melt in your mouth. As Judita says: "Detox is difficult, so I believe that one needs to treat oneself sometimes to be able to continue. Just promise you won’t get too carried away and eat everything at once."

Almond Butter Chocolate According To Judita Wignall

Ingredients (12 portions):

  • 1/3 cup (80 g) of warmed liquid coconut oil
  • 2/3 cup (60 g) of cocoa
  • ¼ cup (65 g) of raw almond butter
  • 1 ½ tablespoon (20 g) of xylitol granules (we have skipped it)
  • liquid stevia (optional)
  • a bit of vanilla powder
  • 3 tablespoons (25 g) of crushed cocoa beans
  • 3 tablespoons (15 g) or more of goji
  • a pinch of sea salt

You can add:

  • reishi powder (we have used it)
  • chaga powder
  • ashwagandha powder
  • maca powder

Instructions:
Blend coconut oil, cocoa, almond butter, xylitol, stevia, and vanilla until smooth. If you want, you can add more sweeteners. At the same time, you can add a bit of reishi, ashwagandha, maca, or any other kind of superfood. But carefully, don’t use too much of it as the chocolate might become bitter.

Pour the chocolate mixture on a small baking plate covered with baking paper. Sprinkle it with crushed cocoa beans, goji, and sea salt.

Let it freeze into a freezer for 15 minutes until the mixture becomes thick. Tear it into pieces. Keep the chocolate stored in a container in a fridge or freezer.
