Cucumber Dill Snacks
Simple and tasty snacks, prepared in a jiffy!
Salty snacks
Ingredients:
- 2 cups of pre-soaked cashew nuts
- ½ teaspoon of Himalayan salt
- 2 teaspoons of lemon juice
- 3 teaspoons of nutritional yeast
- ½ cup of water
- ¼ cup of finely chopped dill
- 1-2 bigger cucumbers
Instructions:
Firstly, prepare a cashew cream. Blend cashews with nutritional yeast, flavour with salt, lemon juice and fold in finely chopped dill. Decorate on thicker slices of cucumber, you can garnish with remaining dill.
