Raw Sandwiches

Raw sandwiches are ideal for journeys. They enable an endless variability in their fillings so everybody can enjoy their taste.

Raw Sandwiches

Ingredients for raw bread (18 triangle slices in total):

  • 2 cups of pre-soaked sunflower seeds
  • 3 sliced onions
  • 1 spring onion
  • 3 tablespoons of tamari
  • 5 tablespoons of grounded chia seeds
  • ¾ cup of virgin olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon of yeast
  • salt

Instructions:

Mix all the ingredients in a mixer until you gain smooth dough and form it into big round flat bread and cut it into triangles. Season it with a combination of chia seeds and chilli or spring onion and coriander. Dry it for 10-12 hours.

Fill sandwiches according to your phantasy. We have used sprouts, avocado, red onion, tomatoes and cucumber. And as a dressing, pea spread, dried tomato spread and guacamole.
