Healthy Breakfast: Mango Chia Pudding
Chia pudding with fruits is a great option for your breakfast! Chia seeds provide a long-lasting energy for hours. They have a high content of proteins and a lot of fibre.

Ingredients:
- 2 tablespoons of chia seeds
- 300 ml of coconut milk
- 1 teaspoon of coconut nectar
Ingredients for mango puree:
- 2 tablespoons of chia seeds
- 1 tablespoon of coconut nectar
Instructions:
Soak chia seeds in coconut milk and let it swell at least for 15 minutes. Meanwhile, don’t forget to stir seeds well, the best with a beater so you avoid lumps. If your pudding seems not getting dense enough, add some more chia seeds. Layer it into a glass alternately with a mango puree.
