Ingredients for a detox porridge for 2 people:
- ½ avocado
- 2 bananas
- 2 tablespoon chia seeds
- Juice from 1 orange
- ¼ teaspoon of baobab
- ½ teaspoon of spirulina
- To decorate: blueberries, hemp seeds, goji berries, cocoa beans
Instructions for creation of your healthy breakfast:
Put all ingredients in a potent blender and mix until you get a thicker smoothie. Serve in a bowl, decorated with superfood and fruit of your choice.
