Cocoa-orange raw granola
Excellent raw granola is a great breakfast or snack that conjures up the right delicate taste on the tongue thanks to the combination of almonds, coconut and delicious raw cocoa. Deliciously sweet, crunchy and unlike ordinary granola from the supermarket, it is full of the most valuable nutrients.
Breakfast General Cocoa powder, Coconut oil
Ingredients:
- 200 g Organic buckwheat groats
- 200 g Organic shredded coconut
- 80 g peeled Organic almonds
- 4 tablespoon cocoa
- juice from one orange
- 5 tablespoon coconut oil
- 4 and more tablespoon of Maple syrup(depending on how sweet you want the granola to be)
- you can also add favorites nuts and seeds, cinnamon, rozinky, Mulberry, Goji, sliced apples or banana
Instructions:
First, we sprout buckwheat. Rinse the buckwheat, put it in a glass bowl and cover it with clean, potable, cold water so that the water is 1 cm higher than the buckwheat. Leave in the water for 15 to 30 minutes. Then drain the water and rinse the buckwheat. We can (but don't have to) cover the bowl with buckwheat with a cotton towel. We rinse 3 times a day. Sprouts are ready at the end of the first or second day.
As soon as the buckwheat has sprouted, we put it in a bowl, add all the ingredients from the recipe, and season according to our imagination. We then spread the mixture on the plate of the dryer and let it dry at 42°C for about 8-14 hours, depending on what ingredients we added and how dry and crunchy we want the granola to be.
Enjoy!
