ESSENTIAL OILS: 5 NATURAL TIPS FOR SKIN (A VIDEO MANUAL)
We all usually pass through several phases. At first we buy cheap products we see in a television, than we get surrounded by expensive marks and finally we give gentle natural care to our body. The Mother Earth have known well what is good for us. This article will show you that home-made cosmetics is playful, gentle and easy as for your time so for your skills.
Marble soap for beautiful skin
Marble soap is visually very nice and it is very efficient for a skin care at the same time. Actually, this kind of soap clears away all dirt, it absorbs oils and stimulates blood circulation.
We melt soap base down on water bath and we divide it into two glasses. We add powdered black clay to one of them and mix it carefully. To the second one we add 2-3 drops of oil. At first we pour the black substance and let it set for a while, then we add the white one. We take a wooden stick and create a marble effect. Then we let the soap harden.
Universal body butter
This universal body butter is great to cure stretchmarks and a dry skin. In combination with lavender or mint oil it has a healing effect on skin problems like eczema, psoriasis or scars.
At first we melt coconut oil and shea butter down on water bath. When the substance is liquid, we stir it properly and add almond oil. We stir well whole substance and let it set in a fridge. Two hours later, we try to put our finger into the substance. If we can see our fingerprint on it, we put the substance in a food processor and start mixing it. Finally we add twelve drops of essential oil and mix the whole substance until we obtain a creamy soft blend.
Home-made hair conditioner
Tento snadný recept na přírodní kondicionér pomáhá v boji proti lupům a zároveň vyživuje konečky, aby nebyly suché a lámavé. Rozmarýn má antibakteriální účinky a dodává vlasům lesk, máta stimuluje růst vlasů.
If you have medium-length hair, melt four table spoons of coconut oil on water bath. Then add 2-5 drops of each oil. Massage the finished mask into your hair and hair ends. You can apply the mask for 30 minutes or let it work during the night. The important step is a following washing down of the mask from your hair. If you have greasy hair, you'd better use lemon or cypress oil instead of rosemary.
Natural balm for chapper lips
During winter time, our lips needs sufficient hydration which we can find in natural products which don't contain petroleum or chemicals like some other products do.
We melt coconut oil, bee wax and shea butter down on water bath. We divide this substance into various glasses and we add another ingredient to each one: for example cinnamon or essential oil. We let it cool down for 30 minutes.
Natural soap for actives sportsmen
This soap is good for actives sportsmen and men because of its typical smell. Cedar helps our lymphatic system and cypress improves blood circulation.
We cut the soap into a bowl, then let it melt in a microwave. We add a teaspoon of Moroccan clay, cedar and cypress oil. We stir it and let it harden in a silicone form.
