Spinach Cream Soup with Wild Garlic
If you succeed in finding wild garlic in May, you had better try this delicious spinach cream. Leaves of wild garlic will spice it up and your body will benefit from its healing effect.

Ingredients:
- 500 g fresh spinach
- Bunch of wild garlic
- A handful of Cashews
- Olive Oil
- Himalayan Salt, Pepper
- Water
Directions:
Blend the leaves of fresh spinach and wild garlic with water, if you add cashews to the blender, the soup will acquire a creamy consistency. Season with salt and pepper, smoother with olive oil.
