Raw Picnic Canapé
Meet your friends and go together to a park. Lie on grass and nibble some snacks, for example our raw canapé with spread.
Salty snacks 5 - 15 minutes
Ingredients for sandwiches:
- white radish, kohlrabi
- BIO almond crackers with spinach
- 1 cup of pre-soaked cashew nuts
- juice from ½ lemon
- 1 teaspoon of yeast
- 1 teaspoon of oil
- ¼ teaspoon of psyllium for thickening
- ½ clove of garlic
Blend cashew with yeast and psyllium and mix it well with other ingredients.
