What is NAD+?
It is a cellular coenzyme found in every cell. It is essential for the production of "cellular fuel" - adenosine triphosphate(ATP).

NAD+ increases energy production in cells
NAD+ levels in cells naturally decline with age and due to external factors such as obesity, unhealthy diet, alcohol consumption, stress or lack of exercise.
Low NAD+ levels can lead to general fatigue, lack of focus, mental exhaustion or insomnia. Most importantly, it decreases the overall performance of cells and their ability to regenerate.
By increasing NAD+ levels, we can increase ATP production and reduce fatigue at the cellular level.
