Recommended Dosage:
Adults and children aged 12 years and older: Take 2-4 capsules after meals, three times daily with water. To achieve a beneficial effect in reducing excessive flatulence after meals, take 1 g (4 capsules) at least 30 minutes before meals and 1 g (4 capsules) shortly after meals.
