Spring Salad with Wild Blossoms
Go to the countryside and pick up some fresh spring herbs. You can use them to make light salad decorated with wild blossoms.
Salad 0 - 5 minutes
Ingredients:
- wild garlic
- dandelion leaves
- young nettles
- radishes
- daisies
- purple dead-nettle blossoms
- lettuce
Dressing:
- apple vinegar
- oil
- water
- salt, pepper
Optional:
- bee bread
- cannabis seeds
- chia seeds
- goji
Instructions:
Wash lettuce, dandelion leaves, wild garlic and leaves of young nettles thoroughly and tear them into smaller pieces. Cut washed radishes into thin rounds and separate spring blossoms from the stem. Mix everything smoothly, then it’s up to you to add dressing and sprinkle it with e.g. cannabis seeds or goji. Decorate the salad with leftover blossoms.
