Pea Pesto with Rucola
Smooth pea pesto will become your favourite snack. It will work amazingly well as small refreshment for your unexpected guests.
Sauce & Dressing
Ingredients:
- 1 cup of fresh or defrosted peas
- 1 handful of fresh rucola
- 1 tablespoon of olive oil
- 1 handful of cashew nuts
- Himalayan salt
- pepper
- mint for decoration
Instructions:
Mix the ingredients in a mixer until you gain a pesto consistence, as a final touch season and decorate it with a sprig of mint. As a sidedish, cut vegetables – carrot, stick celery and kohlrabi into sticks or use raw bread we have prepared in the previous recipe.
