Kale salad with radishes according to Lucie Aujeska
A typical winter vegetable, kale, contains a valuable source of vitamins, antioxidants, and helps to the right digestion, which contributes to the natural organism detoxification. Try to prepare fresh salad from kale.
Salad
Ingredients:
- 1 loaf of kale
- 1 bunch of radishes
- ½ cup of gojis
- 4 tablespoons of olive oil
- 2 teaspoons of Himalayan salt
- ½ cup of peeled hempseeds
- 1 lemon
Instructions:
Cut the kale into thin strips; pour them with olive oil and lemon. Salt them and knead them thoroughly until they become soft. Then add radishes cut into half-moons, gojis, and hempseeds and mix everything thoroughly again.
