Cashew yoghurt with raw strawberry jam
Not only you can make milk or cheese out of nuts, but you can even make vegan yoghurt. You only need probiotics that do the entire job for you. Add some fruit and you will get a healthy snack.
Breakfast
Ingredients for cashew yoghurt:
- 1 cup of cashew nuts
- 1/2 cup of water
- 3/4 teaspoon of probiotics
- a pinch of salt
- vanilla
- a pinch of coconut sugar
- Ingredients for raw strawberry jam:
- strawberries
- lemon juice
- coconut sugar
- chia seeds
Instructions:
Soak cashew nuts for 2 hours, blend them with water and probiotic powder from a capsule in a blender. Leave it in a glass in a warm place preferably over the night so that probiotics activate. Top raw jam with yoghurt in a glass, cap it and store in a cool place for maximally 2-3 days.
