Unfiltered organic apple cider vinegar, produced only by fermenting our own cider without the addition of yeast. It is not cooked, so it is also suitable for those who prefer a raw diet.
You can use it in the kitchen mainly to flavour salads, soups, sauces or marinades. When diluted, it is also used for hair and skin care.
Ingredients. The mother culture is not a defect of the product, it is just a consequence of the natural character of the product. If it is present in the bottle, we recommend straining the vinegar through a cloth or colander before use. Acetic acid content: 5%
