Unfiltered organic apple cider vinegar, produced only by fermenting our own cider without the addition of yeast. It is not heated, making it suitable for those who prefer a raw diet.
In the kitchen, you can use it to flavor salads, soups, sauces, and marinades. When diluted, it is also beneficial for hair and skin care.
Ingredients: 100% organic apple cider vinegar
The mother culture is not a defect but rather a result of the natural production process. If present in the bottle, we recommend straining the vinegar through a cloth or colander before use. Acetic acid content: 5%.
