Raw Latticed Apple Cake
This favourite apple cake is an inseparable part of autumn as well as falling leaves and chestnut picking. Try to make a cake for once such as we did – in a raw version.

Ingredients for 10 portions:
- 2 cups of walnuts
- 1 cup of golden linseeds
- 1 cup of raisins
- 5 apples
- 1 teaspoon of coconut oil
- 1 teaspoon of cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon of lemon juice
- Carawmel
Instructions:
Firstly, make a crumbly topping (streusel) from walnuts and golden linseeds by mixing all ingredients in a potent blender. Use pre-soaked raisins as a binder, they will bind a streusel into a pastry. Put it then into a cake form, greased with coconut oil beforehand. Spread a bottom of a cake with Carawmel and then lay apple cut into thin wedges and drizzled with lemon juice. Finally, make a lattice from the rest of pastry and lay it on the top of the cake.
