Aloe ferox is known for its natural colon cleansing effects. It is native to South Africa, where it has been used by the natives for medicinal purposes for over 200 years.

Aloe ferox juice is unconcentrated and undiluted, so all the vital nutrients of the plant are preserved in their natural form.

Why aloe ferox juice does not need to be filtered like aloe vera

Aloe vera juice is often filtered or chemically neutralized by manufacturers to rid it of a substance called aloin (or also barbaloin) with adverse effects on digestion.

Aloin is mainly found in the skin of the aloe leaf and in aloe vera it enters the juice during the pressing process. However, aloe ferox leaves are much firmer with a hard skin and aloin is not released during pressing. Therefore, no filtration or chemical treatment is needed.

Aloe ferox juice thus has a much higher concentration of nutrients than aloe vera juice.

Recommended dosage:
Adults: 2 tablespoons per day pure or mixed with fruit juice. Consume preferably before meals.
