Salty Toffees With Cardamon

Ingredients for 12-18 pieces:

  • 1 cup of dates
  • 3 tablespoons of tahini
  • 2 tablespoons of coconut oil
  • ¼ teaspoon of cardamom
  • a pinch of salt

Instructions:

Put dates, tahini, coconut oil, and cardamom into a good mixer and blend it into a thick creamy paste. Spread the mixture into a smaller form and align the surface until it is smooth. Let it freeze for about an hour. Put the thickened dough out of the form and cut it into small cubes or shape it into candies. The toffees can be kept in an airtight container in cold until a month.
