Hazelnut Biscuits
Delicious biscuits full of nuts are traditional sweets served with tea or coffee. Try them out in a raw version and for a drink, prepare for example rooibos with vegetal milk. You can be sure that you will forget the cold winter weather immediately.
Sweets
Ingredients for 20-30 pieces:
- 2 tablespoons of raw hazelnut butter
- ¾ cup of almond flour (almonds grounded into a powder)
- ¼ cup of coconut flour (coconut grounded into a powder)
- 2 teaspoons of coconut nectar
- 1 teaspoon of maca
- a pinch of Himalayan salt
- ½ teaspoon of vanilla
- 2 tablespoons of water
- 10 g of 100% chocolate
Firstly, put all the ingredients except for chocolate into a blender and blend it into smooth dough. Shape higher cakes and press a grid into them with a fork. If you want, you can decorate the biscuits with roughly chopped 100% raw chocolate. Biscuits are delicious even without drying, but by drying them, their durability is prolonged. Dry them at 42 °C for about 12-14 hours. You don’t have to be worried about the chocolate; it shouldn’t melt on the biscuits – verified.
