Christmas Punch
Traditional Christmas punch full of aromatic spices has amazing smell and even better taste. It is not necessary to boil it since spices still infuse that way and moreover, all the vitamins and minerals gained from fruit are preserved.
Drink
Ingredients for 2 portions:
- juice from 2 apples
- juice from 2 oranges
- juice from 1 grapefruit
- a handful of dried raisins
- 7 carpels of orange
- 1 cut apple
- 2 cinnamon sticks
- 6 pcs of clove
- water
Put orange carpels, a cinnamon stick, clove and raisins into a high glass. Pour it with juice from oranges and apples. Finally, dilute it with water. The longer you let the spices in the punch infuse, the more intensive taste you get.
A tip for those of you who don’t have a juicer. Mix the apples and simply strain the juice through a bag for preparation of nut milk.
