Drink, Cake & Dessert, Chocolate Cocoa powder
- 1 chilli pepper (halved and devoid of seeds)
- 1 vanilla pod (cut lengthwise)
- 2 pieces of whole cinnamon
- 5 cups of organic coconut milk
- 230 g 100% chocolate
- 2 tablespoon organic coconut sugar
Bring 2 cups of water to a boil in a saucepan, put the chili pepper in and let it bubble until the water boils in half. Strain and keep the decoction. In another saucepan, heat the coconut milk, add the vanilla and cinnamon and stir until bubbles begin to form at the edges. Dampen the temperature, add dark chocolate and sweeten with coconut sugar to taste. Stir until the chocolate melts. Then we turn off the hob and take out the vanilla pod and cinnamon. Finally, add the chili decoction in portions and taste so that the chocolate is not too spicy. Serve in small cups decorated with a scoop of whipped vegan cream, powdered with cacao.
