Tofu cream cheese
Our favorite spread that you will fall in love with at first taste. It has a very delicate consistency and on toasted sourdough bread, it will start to melt slightly thanks to the coconut oil. Nutritional yeast creates a pleasantly cheesy taste.
Spread 5 - 15 minutes Coconut oil, Cashews
- 180 g tofu natural
- 50 g coconut oil
- lemon zest from ½ lemon
- 1 tablespoon nutritional yeast
- 30 g cashews soaked overnight
- 50 g water
- Himalayan salt
Put everything except the coconut oil into a blender and blend. Heat the oil until it melts completely and while it's still hot, whisk it into the cream. Allow the tofu cheese to cool down and then serve it on toasted sourdough bread or with a salad.
