Roasted radishes with pesto
Radishes are the essence of spring. So is the color green, which symbolizes new life. This dish is a spring combination of familiar ingredients, but in an unusual design. A few simple steps and a super nutritious breakfast, dinner or treat for a visitor is ready.
Breakfast, Main dish, Spread, For children Czech 5 - 15 minutes
Ingredients:
- 1 bunch of radishes
- 2 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 tablespoon nutritional yeast
- Himalayan salt
Instructions:
Cut the ends off the radishes and cut them in half. Do not cut off small ends and roots. They retain their naturalness and are even more beautiful. Immerse the cut tops in cold water. If they have wilted a little, water will bring them back to life. We will then use it for pesto. Mix nutritional yeast with olive oil and salt in a bowl.
Spread the radishes, halved side down, on a baking sheet lined with baking paper and place in the preheated oven. Bake at 200°C for 10–15 minutes until the radishes start to blister. We serve it in a salad, on bread spread with pesto or just like that with pesto, you can find recipe HERE.
Enjoy your meal!
