Radish salad with goji and bee pollen

Salad doesn't have to be green and not boring at all. In this recipe in two versions, we will show you how to experiment and brighten up the festive table with salad. White radish stands out for its juiciness and crunch, has antibacterial effects and improves digestion.

Salad 5 - 15 minutes

Redkvovy_salat_s_goji_a_vcelim_pylem

Ingredients:

  • ½ white radishes
  • ½ bunch of radishes (you can use the leaves to make pesto)
  • a handful goji soaked overnight in water with lemon
  • bee pollen
  • carrot stick or cilantro
  • organic lemon
  • olive oil
  • flake salt

Redkvovy_salat_s_goji_a_vcelim_pylem

Instructions:

Ředkev i ředkvičky nakrájíme na velmi tenké plátky na mandolíně nebo struhadle. V míse promícháme s olivovým olejem, citrónovou šťávou a kůrou. Rozprostřeme na talíř, hojně zasypeme goji, včelím pylem, vločkovou solí a dozdobíme mrkvovou natí natrhanou na malé snítky. Nakonec zastrouháme citrónovou kůrou a ihned podáváme.
