Hazelnuts are the delicious nuts of the hazelnut (Corylus avellana), which ripen in late summer.
Their high nutrient content - especially healthy fats, vitamins and minerals, fibre and protein - make them suitable for daily replenishment of beneficial substances. Compared to other nuts (such as almonds or walnuts), hazelnuts are easier to digest.

Organic hazelnuts are grown in sunny Turkey, where the climatic conditions are ideal for producing the best quality varieties. Thanks to organic farming methods and gentle processing techniques, they retain their full nutritional richness.
Uses
The uses of hazelnuts are truly wide-ranging:
- They can serve as a delicacy on their own or in combination with fresh or dried fruit. They are often mixed with other nuts and seeds in porridges or superbowls.
- They are great for baking sweets and are excellent in strudels, for example. You can also add them to your favorite smoothie or make homemade nut milk and butter.
- Running out of inspiration for flavouring your dishes? Reach for hazelnuts. They're great whole or chopped as an addition to sweet and savoury dishes.
