Almond streusel
The delicate, citrus flavor of the crumb stands out especially on raw vegetables, which give it a wonderful deep green color.It is also suitable for creamy soups and spreads.
Ingredients:
- 150 g almonds
- 1 teaspoon spirulina
- zest from 1/2 organic lemon
- 1/2 teaspoon dried ginger
- ½ teaspoon Himalayan salt
Instructions:
Pour hot water over the almonds and let them cool, peel and dry. Place in a blender with the remaining ingredients and blend until smooth. We can use the crumb straight away or bake it in the oven at 160°C - this will enhance the taste of the almonds and extend its shelf life.
