Vegetable veggie chips with herb dip
Treat yourself with a deliciously crunchy snack without a guilty conscience and enjoy irresistible vegetable chips, prepared without an excessive amount of fat. A healthier alternative to classic chips from the oven. Tastes simply great and even an absolute beginner can handle it.
Salty snacks, Crackers and chips
Ingredients:
- 1 carrot
- 1 parsley
- 1 small celery
- 1 red beet
- olive oil
- pepper
- Himalayan salt
- nutritional yeast
Instructions:
Wash the vegetables, clean them and cut them into the thinnest possible slices, preferably using a mandolin (ideally 1 mm). Put the vegetable slices in a bowl with salt, season to taste, sprinkle with nutritional yeast and drizzle with olive oil. We spread the vegetables on the sheets of the dryer and dry them at 42 °C for approximately 16 hours, until they are nicely crispy.
