Sweet Easter Eggs
Pop-cakes or candy Skewers are great Easter presents and even more shaped into eggs. You can decorate with anything you find – nuts, carrot, daisies or violet petals.
Cake & Dessert, For children
- 1 medium carrot
- 100 g finely grated or grinded coconut
- 50 g grinded cashew nuts
- 1/4 teaspoon of lemon juice
- Nutmeg flower
- 2 tablespoons of grated coconut sugar
- ¼ teaspoon of vanilla extract
- 100 g raw chocolate
- Amber coconut nectar
- Some decoration (carrot, edible flowers, nuts)
- Wooden skewers
Grate carrot and squeeze out the juice. Mix it with coconut, cashews, lemon juice, cinnamon, nutmeg flower and walnuts. Sweet with coconut sugar, add a pinch of salt and season with vanilla extract. Form eggs, than let them harden in a fridge or briefly in a freezer.
Meanwhile prepare chocolate frosting. Melt 100% raw chocolate, sweet with amber coconut nectar and add some salt.
And here we come to the end. Soak the end of skewer in chocolate and stick it carefully to the carrot egg, pour chocolate on the top and decorate according to your fantasy. Let harden in a fridge and then give to the carollers.
